Our standards
All are products are baked in-house to meet out high quality standards.
Due to our standards, cleanliness and working practices we have been awarded a hygiene certification of 5 stars by our local authority.
Allergens
As we offer a wide range of goods, please be aware before ordering or consuming as our products could contain or have come into contact with Nuts, Eggs, Dairy, Wheat or Soy.

Ordering and Conditions of Sale
We have a selection of products for sale in our bakehouse that can be purchased in person. This selection may vary depending on availability of raw ingredients and customer demand.
You may order any of our products online through our website, in person or over the phone. We require full payment in advance at the time of ordering. Your order will be baked fresh and therefore we require that all orders need to be placed by 10am for collection on the following day – this must be a day when the Bakehouse is open.
There will only be written confirmation for any orders made through this website.
We request all orders are collected as we currently do not deliver.
Your order will be ready for collection at Bakehouse opening time on the date you specified. We store all completed orders in accordance with the Storage Guidance (see below) to prolong the shelf life of your baked goods. Should there be any delay to the collection of your order we will not guarantee the quality of your goods at time of collection. This is due to baked goods being perishable.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the Customer is responsible to ensure that products gets to its destination safely and is stored as per our instructions to achieve best results for taste and quality. Once you have received the goods, we are not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter.
