Postponement
If for any reason you require a later date for which your goods are to be ready by, please notify us at the earliest opportunity and preferably in writing via email at info@mulberrytreebakehouse.co.uk. If we have already commenced the baking of your order, we may add an additional charge for used ingredients and resource when starting again at a later date. To save incurring further charge may we suggest you read out storage guide which can be found at the foot of these conditions of sale.
If a new date is proposed, it will be subject to availability.
Cancellation
If you change your mind after ordering, we will only offer a refund if we have not commenced work on your order. Should a refund be offered, it will take up to 7 days for this to show up in your bank account.
Where we cancel the order due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability to deliver your ordered product, you will be refunded within seven (7) days of notification of cancellation.
Storage Guidance
