We request all orders are collected as we currently do not deliver.
Your order will be ready for collection within 7 days of your order. You will be notified by email when your order is ready.

We store all completed orders in accordance with the Storage Guidance (see below) to prolong the shelf life of your baked goods. Should there be any delay to the collection of your order we will not guarantee the quality of your goods at time of collection. This is due to baked goods being perishable.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the Customer is responsible to ensure that products gets to its destination safely and is stored as per our instructions to achieve best results for taste and quality. Once you have received the goods, we are not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter.
Storage Guidance

Short-term storage:
